1. The program
The Valles text messaging program is operated by Entrewoven Company, a Delaware corporation doing business as Valles, at valles.app. It exists for one purpose: to text you a one-time code when you ask for one, so you can confirm your mobile number or sign in to your Valles account.
We send these messages only in response to your request. We do not send marketing, promotional, or notification text messages through this program, and we never text a number that was not entered into Valles by the person who holds it.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your own mobile number on the Valles sign-in screen, or on the confirm-your-number step of an invitation, and tapping the button that requests a code. A consent notice sits directly beneath that button, and you can read this page and our Privacy Policy from it before you tap. Nothing is sent until you do.
Here is what that looks like, and what you see after you request a code:

3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies: you receive one text each time you request a code, and none otherwise. Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging charges are your responsibility.
4. Help and opting out
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email us at support@valles.app.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Because this program carries only sign-in and verification codes, opting out means you will not be able to confirm your number or sign in by text until you opt back in by replying START.
5. Your number and your privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages, and only for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy (Section 5.8) describes this in full, and our Terms of Service govern your use of Valles.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and to the effective transmission from your carrier.
7. Changes and contact
If we ever add a new kind of text message, we will update this page and ask for your consent before sending it. Questions about this program go to support@valles.app.
